Group courses are held at Harborne Complementry Health Clinic in Harborne, Birmingham. Classes are held at the weekend and each course is run over five 2.5 hour classes or occasionally a four three hour format.

Bookings
Bookings are taken from the 12th week of pregnancy. The majority of couples attend a course during the second trimester.However we have taught couples as early as 13 weeks and as late as 38 weeks so please call to discuss your individual circumstances .
The earlier you attend , the more time you have to practise and the more effective the techniques will be. You are also welcome to attend a future course closer to the time of your due date inorder to refresh your knowledge and benefit from extra practice. There is NO EXTRA COST for this option but is subject to space availability.
Private Classes
Private sessions are available for couples who require more flexibility in terms of dates , times and location and can also be tailored to your specific requirements.
You also have the option of enjoying the course in the comfort of your own home, if local to Birmingham. Please contact Lee to discuss .
*£190 Health in Pregnancy Grant can be used towards the cost of your HypnoBirthing course.
ALL pregnant women, regardless of income, can claim £190 to help them prepare for the birth of their baby. You can claim from the 25th week of pregnancy , ask your midwife for a signed form and forward it to the HMRC . http://campaigns.direct.gov.uk/money4mum2be/
